As the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at QSolutions Group, Andrew has a detailed knowledge of business management system development, operational planning and management, information technology and project management.

 Andrew is an experienced and qualified quality, health, safety and environmental practitioner with vast experience in system development and auditing from small family businesses to large commercial companies. With over 300 audits for a 3rd Party JAS-ANZ accredited company, and a vast amount of experience as a PQC Auditor on the behalf of the Department of Justice (QLD Gov), Andrew is highly skilled in all aspects of WHS Auditing for organisations.

 With extensive experience in technology implementation and management, stakeholder and change management, networking and process engineering, Andrew has the ability to provide clients with technically sound advice on a wide range of business issues.


Paul Duncanson

Paul specialises in environmental consultancy and has become integral to our health and safety operations and client relations alike. Drawing from a strong background of Local, State and Federal Government agencies, Paul has a comprehensive knowledge of environmental management. Having published several papers and presented to national conferences and forums, Paul is recognised by his peers as an expert in his field.

Paul specialises in environmental consultancy deriving from a strong environmental working background of Local, State and Federal Government agencies. His knowledge and understanding developed through tertiary qualifications, years of industry knowledge and research enables him to ensure that clients are fully compliant with current environmental legislation, Codes of Practice and relevant Australian Standards.

Paul is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control and can develop a Certified Erosion and Sediment control plan for your project. Paul understands that each project is unique with its own challenges and can develop bespoke controls to meet compliance requirements.


Nicholas Dunn

Senior Consultant | Lead Auditor

Nic is well known on construction sites as a HSEQ Consultant and Officer. With a starting background in Construction, Nic has gained extensive experience working on-site for the Haughton Pipeline Duplication and NQ Stadium Projects. As a key team member for QSolutions Group, Nic regularly conducts site audits and support for clients throughout Australian and remote regions.

His capacity for problem-solving and foreseeing potential risks has ensured a high standard of workplace health and safety compliance on site. Nic has a proven track record in preparing clients for the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) certification.

In addition to his on-site work, Nick has designed, developed and implemented business management systems to meet the relevant international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). This had led Nic to become a 3rd Party Lead Auditor within these standards through his thorough knowledge of the requirements of each standard.


Shannon Franks

Consultant | Lead Auditor

Shannon has a strong background in accident forensics and is nearing completion of her Bachelor of OHS. Working in liaison with our Senior Consultants, Shannon conducts on-site auditing, inspections and report writing for gap analysis purposes to ensure our clients are fully compliant to the relevant standards and legislative requirements.

Shannon is well versed in construction high-risk activities and has been working heavily in the space of ensuring that safe work method statements, safe work instructions and risk registers at a project level are created in consultation with the workers and implemented on-site. Further to this Shannon has been creating inspection test plans for clients to ensure quality management requirements have been met throughout the project term.

Shannon has an analytic approach to incidents and has assisted clients through the investigation and reporting to enable the client to implement recommendations and close out actions to ensure incidents are not repeated in the future.


Sasha Holmes

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Sasha has demonstrated her extensive experience in high-level administration, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, development and implementation of policy and procedure, as well as people management.

In-depth experience within the mining and construction industry has enabled her to develop an understanding and knowledge of the challenges facing companies when introducing and maintaining health, safety, quality and environmental management systems. Through her involvement in driving change and behavioural development, in organisations, companies are able to ensure compliance with its legislative requirements and commitment to a best practice approach.

Sasha specialises in tender writing on behalf of clients, with a high success rate in gaining project award for clients through ensuring a professional delivery of tender applications.


Madison Lowis

Madison comes from a diverse background and has worked in industries across Mining, Health, Marketing and Hospitality. Since joining the QSolutions Group Team in April 2021, Madison has demonstrated a hands-on approach in her role and responsibilities as Office Administrator.

Within a short period working under the direction of our Operations Manager, Madison has become instrumental in our Respirator Fit Test service and as the RFT Coordinator, manages the process from bookings, tests, compliance and issuance of test certificates. Madison is in regular contact with our clients and is able to assist in any queries regarding RFT’s.

 Madison is also currently undertaking studies in Workplace Health and Safety and assists our team in the development, review and implementation of safety systems.

Cameron Gisinger

Office Administrator

Cameron joined QSolutions Group as a Part-time school trainee in 2019 and has worked closely with the Operations Manager and our team of consultants. While maintaining his school studies and work commitments, Cameron also participated in additional studies completing his Cert. IV in Workplace Health and Safety as well as a Cert III in Business Administration.

Cameron has now commenced studies at University and remains a valuable part of the QSolutions Team on a part time basis. In addition to supporting the team in the development of systems and process’, Cameron provides support in administrative duties and manages the Marketing and Branding for QSolutions Group.
